 | 2010 Pre Season Training Schedule - change of major venue |
 Dear all,
Please find below the latest version of the WHSC Pre Season Training Schedule for 2010. All new players and all those that have yet to return to full training please check the schedule as the venues change week to week.
We will no longer be training at Macleod College. Instead, we will be training at St. Thomas the Apostle Primary School - 251 Diamond Creek Road, Greensborough. This venue is far superior to that of Macleod College and therefore comes at a price. All players are asked to make a contribution of $2.00 per training session to help cover the cost to the club.
All Training sessions to start at 6:45pm sharp and will complete between 8:15pm and 8:30pm (Unless stated otherwise).

| Tuesday 19th January onwards - Pre season Training |
Dear all,
It was great to see all the players who came down to the Gabonia Avenue Reserve Ground on Thursday night to meet the coaches, have a run and enjoyed a BBQ and drink afterwards.
From now on, unless advised by the coaching staff, all pre season training sessions will be held at Macleod College (melways reference is 20 B7) starting at 6:45pm sharp. Training sessions will be every Tuesday and Thursday evening, with the occasional weekend session before practise matches begin.
Players are asked to meet up at the Soccer ground - near the Tennis courts - to bring their own water as well as running shoes.

| WHSC Pre Season Starts Thursday 14th January |
Dear all,
Just a reminder that Watsonia Heights will begin training this Thursday 14th January at Gabonia Avenue Reserve in Watsonia.
Training will commence at 6:45pm - so make sure you're there before then.
The club will be putting on a BBQ for the players after First team Coach - Adam Fiore and Reserve Team Coach - Mike Donohue have addressed the players.

| Melton Invitational Trophy |
The Melton Soccer Club has invited Watsonia Height Soccer Club to play in the second 'Melton Invitational Trophy'.
The inaugural event was held during the pre-season of 2009 and was eventually won by Moreland City.
The proposed format will have two groups of four teams playing each other once on a Saturday at varying kick off times (10:30am, 1:00pm, 4:00pm and 7:00pm).
The proposed match days are: 27th February, 6th March and 13th March, with finals to be played on 20th March.
